I love Salmon. It is one of my favorite foods to eat!!! This Salmon with Seafood stuffing is so delicious! The sides are easy peasy to make.
Food and seasons you will needs:
Salmon with Seafood stuffing
Red Potatoes
Pastaroni Angel Hair Pasta
One French Steak Roll
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Salt
Colby Jack Cheese
Olive Oil
Mile
Butter
Water
Parmesan
Parsley
Salmon with Seafood Stuffing:
You can find this at Fry's (AZ) or King Soopers (CO) in the seafood section.
Prep: 10 mins
Cook: 20 mins
Preheat over to 350'
Season Salmon with Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Salt to taste
In a pan on medium heat, sauté in olive oil for 2 mins on each or until has a nice brown crust.
Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray and place in oven and cook for 20 mins
Once done garnish with Parsley and cover with foil to keep warm
Roasted Red Potatoes:
Prep: 10 mins
Cook: 40 mins
Preheat Over to 400'
Wash and cut potatoes to size of your liking. Leave skin on.
In a large bowl, toss potatoes in olive oil with salt, pepper, garlic salt, and parmesan to taste.
Transfer to baking sheet and cook for 40 mins.
When done, take out of oven and cover with foil to keep warm
PastaRoni Angel Hair Pasta
Cooktime: 8-10 mins
This one is super easy.
Follow instructions on box.
Cheesy Garlic Bread
Prep:10 mins
Cook: 10-15 mins
Preheat oven: 350'
Cut French Steak Roll into 6 pieces.
Butter each piece of bread
Add a tad bit of garlic salt to each slice
Add sliced Colby Jack cheese to each slice
Bake for 10-15 mins, depending on you like crispiness of bread
*Small Tip: Clean as you go. If you know you are not going to use an item anymore, wash it or throw it in the dishwasher. There will be less of a mess to clean after dinner.
